Casa Imaculado Coração is a 3-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 7 guests, perfect for those seeking peace, comfort, and a natural setting characteristic of Madeira. Accessed via a traditional levada, it leads to a unique property with a spacious garden and one of the best views over Funchal’s bay. With three cozy bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional sofa bed, the house is ideal for families or groups of friends. Outside, you’ll find a balcony, a dining area with a table and barbecue, as well as various spots designed for outdoor relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and extended stays, offering all the amenities needed. AREA Located in the Imaculado Coração de Maria area – one of Funchal’s most peaceful and traditional residential neighborhoods – this home offers a unique blend of serenity and proximity to the city center. From this retreat, you’ll have easy access to supermarkets, bakeries, and other local services, as well as nearby hills and viewpoints with breathtaking views over Funchal’s bay. Just a few minutes’ drive from downtown, this location is perfect for those seeking a quiet escape without giving up urban convenience. An ideal base to explore the island’s beauty, taste Madeiran cuisine, and enjoy the unforgettable landscapes Madeira has to offer. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
