A 3-bedroom house, full of personality, located in a peaceful rural area surrounded by nature. With stunning views over the São Vicente valley and waterfalls, this property offers the perfect retreat for those seeking rest and inspiration. The house is immersed in the artistic spirit of its owners, blending comfort with unique design. The living room, with a cozy fireplace, is in an open-plan layout with the dining area and kitchen, creating a perfect environment for socializing. The lounge, with expansive views of the valley, is ideal for relaxation. On the upper floor, a reading area complements the calm ambiance. The 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, are spacious and comfortable. The property has a capacity for 8 people, also featuring 2 sofa beds. The full bathroom, with a bathtub, offers additional comfort. Central heating, powered by the fireplace, ensures comfort throughout the year, while the living room on the upper floor provides privacy and rest. Outside, there is a barbecue, a dining area covered by a pergola, a lawn, and a small garden. Sunbeds are placed throughout the space, inviting guests to relax. The region is ideal for nature lovers, close to several levadas, perfect for hiking and exploration. Just a 5-minute drive from the center, where you will find the health center, restaurants, cafés, and other essential services. This privileged location offers the tranquility of the countryside while being close to everything you need, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Access to the city center and main points of interest is quick and easy, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds: rural calm and urban convenience. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.

Positive: The area surrounding this property is very pretty. There are beautiful hills to one side and the sea to the other. The scenery is the only positive thing about this property. Unfortunately, the address on Booking.com is not known by the locals. Many told the driver there was no such property which meant our two different drivers, booked via Booking.com, had to drive around the hills looking for the house. This made getting a taxi to and from the property incredibly difficult, time-consuming, and stressful, especially as the taxi drivers were unable to approach in one direction due to the very steep roads. Negative: Terrible property, do not stay here. This property was dark, extremely damp and very smelly. The shutters on every window were tightly closed and locked which meant daylight was almost completely blocked out and created a very dangerous fire hazard. Not ideal for any group of people least of all a family. The dehumidifiers in every room told us the owners are aware of the terrible damp yet they did nothing to lower the 80-90% humidity inside the property. This made the bedding, furniture and our luggage wet. The mouse traps in the dirty kitchen and bedrooms smelled unpleasant and alerted us to the vermin problem in the house. There are large stains on the floor and walls in the property and it smelled strongly of dogs/pet urine. Many tiles were cracked and the furniture falling to pieces. There is only one bathroom, not two as advertised. There are two toilets, the downstairs one is very mouldy. The upstairs bathroom has a shower handle on cracked, dirty tiles and nowhere to hang it. You have to stand in the bath and hold the shower head in one hand to shower! The property owners have charged a huge fee for a very poor quality, sub-standard, damp, dirty, smelly, fire-hazard of a property. If you value your health and would like to enjoy your holiday, avoid booking this property at all costs!

If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in.
