Casa Bela Vista is a spacious three-storey home designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. With capacity for up to 5 people, it’s perfect for families or small groups who value peace and quiet while staying close to the city. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room, a bathroom with a shower, and access to an outdoor patio with a barbecue — ideal for al fresco meals. The first floor features a second living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony that offers a pleasant space to unwind. The second floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and a balcony with panoramic views over Funchal, another with a double bed, and a third with a single bed. This floor also includes a modern bathroom with a shower. Casa Bela Vista combines comfort, functionality, and an incredible view over Funchal Bay, making it an excellent base for exploring Madeira and returning at the end of the day to a calm and welcoming environment. AREA Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Funchal, Casa Bela Vista offers magnificent views and a serene setting, without sacrificing proximity to the city. Just a short drive from the center, restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions, it’s ideal for those who want to blend relaxation, nature, and urban discovery. If you value privacy, space, and a genuine connection to Madeira, this home is the perfect choice. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
