Calheta Hills I Apartment is a welcoming 2-bedroom apartment located in the Calheta area, ideal for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and stunning sea views. With a maximum capacity of 4 people, it's perfect for families or friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, and another with two single beds, also with a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest WC. The living area includes a comfortable lounge and an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped to prepare and enjoy meals in a cozy setting. The balcony, facing the road, offers a pleasant sea view — ideal for unwinding outdoors. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days, and a private parking space for added convenience. AREA The property is located in Calheta, just a 3-minute drive from the beach and the village center, offering easy access to the sea as well as to various restaurants, cafés, and local services. It's an ideal destination for those seeking nature, rest, and authenticity. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
