AREA Located in a great and prestigious area of Funchal, this apartment is close to all your needs, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, stores, the Forum Madeira shopping center and several bars and restaurants with drinks and typical Madeiran dishes. About three kilometers from the apartment you'll find Praia Formosa, which is great for swimming and sunbathing on the pebbles and black sand. The city of Funchal is just a five-minute drive away. You should also know that in the center of Funchal there are various tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, radical activities and nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to your accommodation is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
