The Porto Santo Beach & Golf Apartment is a cozy 1-bedroom apartment located just a 7-minute walk from the beach, perfect for couples or friends seeking a peaceful stay on the golden island. With a maximum capacity of 4 people, it offers a comfortable and functional environment for a relaxing holiday. The apartment features one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a sofa bed for two people, integrated with an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for preparing meals. AREA The property is located just a 7-minute walk from the beach, offering easy access to Porto Santo’s golden coast. It is also close to the town center, where restaurants, shops, and local services are within reach, providing a practical and comfortable stay. This location allows guests to enjoy the island’s tranquility while being near the main attractions. Porto Santo’s center combines nature, culture, and outdoor activities, making it ideal for exploring, relaxing, and enjoying the best the island has to offer. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Porto Santo. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.

THE GOOD The apartment was pretty clean and had the most necessary essentials like towels, clean bed sheets, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. It was in a moderately quiet place and very near the beach. THE BAD The beds and sofa were extremely stiff and uncomfortable, you could feel the springs on the bed, it left us very sore. The shower was very small even though there was room for a bigger tray and water would go everywhere no matter what we would do, requiring us to spend a lot of time mopping. THE NEUTRAL Things like supermarket or other amenities require longer walks or transportation. It would be best in our opinion to have a queen sized bed rather than two single beds in the bedroom. There wasn't any oven to cook some oven ready meals from the supermarket, so either an oven or air fryer would be nice to have.

Positive: Апартаменты понравились, были, конечно, моменты непонятные. Например, нет нумерации внешне на доме, водитель такси не мог найти блок1, однако, когда появилась связь с мистером Diogo ( WatsАpp), все стало понятно, он доходчиво объяснил, куда подниматься, как найти апартаменты, как открыть сейф, всегда был на связи и в другие дни, отвечал на многие вопросы, спасибо ему огромное. Однако, мы прилетели в аэропорт поздно, рейс все время задерживался, то было бы замечательно, если бы была питьевая вода на кухне. Еще душевая кабина не имеет двери, поэтому постоянно приходилось вытирать воду на полу. Маленький минус - нет рядом большого магазина. Можно дойти пешком до края острова - там замечательный пляж, можно пешком (около 40 минут) дойти до смотровой площадки. Negative: Желательно иметь питьевую воду после аэропорта, на доме более доходчиво указать номера блоков
