Single storey villa by the sea, very close to the centre of Funchal, with excellent sun exposure, comfortable, light and contemporary decor, perfect for a relaxing holiday on Madeira Island. The property has two bedrooms, both with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining room and access to a shared balcony between these different areas of the house with full sea views. There is a full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet for guests' convenience. All areas enjoy excellent natural light throughout the day. Upper deck with lounge area to enjoy the stunning sea views. Maximum capacity for 4 people. Private car park available. AREA The property is located in Lazareto, a few minutes away from downtown Funchal. It is a quiet area with easy access to the city centre, either on foot or by car. It is close to the Miradouro do Lazareto, Barreirinha beach, Forte de São Tiago, Funchal-Monte cable car, Mercado dos Lavradores, restaurants, bars, local shops and other services. In Funchal city centre there are several touristic points of interest and information about cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. RULES We want you to feel at home.
