This flat refurbished in 2021 has as an asset the excellent terrace where you can enjoy the tranquility of the area, despite being very close to the city centre of Funchal. With two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds, this property accommodates up to 6 people, making use of the sofa bed. Easy to reach, from here you can easily access the speedway and also services. Enjoy the terrace and the sun on the south side of our island, set off to discover and enjoy Funchal and Madeira. AREA Guests have easy access to several restaurants in the vicinity. There is a small café and a bakery within a five-minute walk. Most shops, shopping centres and supermarkets are within a fifteen-minute walk away. This flat is close to the Lavradores Market, Funchal Old Town and the Cathedral. From here you can explore on foot the various sights of our beautiful city. (e.g. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...) GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. RULES We want you to feel at home.
