Apartamento Poente is a cozy and functional T2 apartment located in one of Funchal’s most sought-after areas, perfect for couples, small families, or friends seeking a practical and comfortable stay. With a maximum capacity of 4 guests, it is ideal for those who value convenience and proximity. The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both decorated in a simple and elegant style.A shared bathroom with a shower serves the two bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen allows for comfortable meal preparation, whether for short or extended stays. The living room is bright and comfortable, with direct access to a balcony where guests can relax and enjoy Madeira’s mild climate. The building includes an elevator and private garage parking, ensuring security and convenience throughout the stay. AREA Situated on Rua da Casa Branca, Apartamento Poente is just a short walk from restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront promenade. Its strategic location makes exploring Funchal easy, offering a perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the city’s main attractions. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
