Through the living room there is access to one of the bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. In the other two bedrooms, which are also en-suite, there is a double bed, one of them with shower and the other with shower and bathtub, as well as access to the balcony that is also common with the living room. All the rooms are aesthetically elegant and have excellent natural light that transmits a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Outside, the balcony with a stunning view of the sea, Praia Formosa and Cabo Girão invites you to enjoy the space, with two comfortable sofas and a dining table. You can't miss watching the sunset at the right time, accompanied by a nice glass of wine and a cheese board. AREA The property is located on Estrada Monumental, in the luxury condominium Madeira Palace Residences, near the centre of Funchal. Quiet area, with quick and easy access to Praia Formosa. The flat is close to the Promenade that connects Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. In this area you will find Fórum Madeira shopping centre, several restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies and other services. If you choose to go to the centre of the city of Funchal know that there are several points of tourist interest and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of the visit to Madeira Island. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house. ATTENTION -Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. -The reservation of stay for this property requires a deposit (of 150 euros) in advance. -No pets allowed.
